power steering pump belt replacement on a 1993 940 turbo - bolts are loose but pump won't move 900 1993

Some accessories, not sure if the P/S pump is this way, but there may be two bolts that it pivots on. If that’s the case the bolts would be in line with each other (of course). Also loosen the bolt that holds the slotted bracket to the engine as the bracket will try to swing a bit when you move the pump in and out.
