Won’t restart after running 900 1995

1995 850 TURBO Wagon
Have replaced fuel pump relay and shift sensor
Problem:
1) Starts and runs drives fine but if I stop for any reason and turn off the engine it will not restart.
After about an hour it will re-start.
2) On occasion the car wil be running and a P code comes on reporting a "incorrect gear ratio”-I reset the code and all is well until the next time.
