Perhaps you could add this info to the 900 FAQ -

Brake booster, 1993 940 with ABS:

Use Cardone 53-5995 booster or equivalent, NOT the 53-5996 as online and local parts suppliers show. This is according to my experience and "According to blue Volvo Pocketbook ABS and non-ABS car use the same brake booster for your car's year. Even the MC is the same part. You should order the 5995 booster instead.
