For me, "routine" maintenance includes regular changes of ALL fluids. Transmission, rearend, power steering, brake fluid and coolant I'd add to your list. For my daily drivers - I do tranny, rearend and power steering every third year. Brake fluid and coolant every other year. Fluid is cheap, it's inexpensive insurance and my experience has been if you keep all the fluids freshened, the components that rely on the fluid tend to stay in good working order. It also gives you a chance to to regularly inspecting just about all components of the car.

For a car of that age/mileage - I'd take a good close look at all rubber bushings (front/rear suspension) and at the rubber brake lines. 30 years old -- they've probably aged out even if they're not cracked and showing it.
