Using Turbo Camshaft in NA? 200 1987

My other post details my drama with getting my camshaft bolt off to replace a leaking camshaft seal.

One idea is to get a junkyard camshaft that I can remove the bolt, then install the junkyard/donor camshaft and new oil seal, then check valve adjustment.

The junkyards don't have any NA B230Fs; all I can find are a 1985 240T (B23FT?) and 1993-1994 940Ts which I believe have the distributors on the rear of the camshaft, whereas my 240 has a distributor-mounted camshaft.

here are some specs for the OEM camshafts (unable to set up columns that aren't confusing here):

M (F*) B21F, B23F, and B230F: lift in: 9.5; lift out 10.5; duration in 242; duration out 234; LSA not specified

T cam B23FT and B230FT: lift in 9.94; lift out not specified; duration in 225; duration out 218; LSA 109

* I don't know what (F) means.

Would a turbo camshaft (type M?) from the 1985 240T or 1993/1994 940T work on my NA car, particular as to the ECU and passing California's smog test?
