'92 240 alternator pivot bolt (not the adjuster) 200

Pivoting the alternator on a threaded rod is the last thing you should do. It will have reduced support and also chew up the bushings. Find a length of the correct sized plain rod and thread the ends just enough to do the job.
The best plan is to take a trip to your nearest Volvo dealer. As AB says, the part number is 968893. Do that first. It's a common part to replace. They may have to order it in but it should come in quickly.
