'96-960 pushing out oil under sparkplug cover 900 1996

had all the leaks fixed and last month noticed some oil on exhaust pipe and that side of motor block . figured out it was coming out of the plug area (cam cover) also noticed a little from the timing belt cover on the passenger side (exhaust side). thinking PVC valve ? and hoses ? see that there are kits for the pvc valve, any way of checking to make sure that is the problem?
thanx for any ideas on this one .
