PV544 distributor questions 444-544

Hi all,

I'm just starting to build up some spares for my 61 PV544 (with B18D). I have an old/original Bosch VJU4BL33 distributor. It works fine, and usual tune-up parts are available, but I wonder if it craps out one day - it look like it's hard to replace/find spares.

Any recommendations for more common distributors that would work with that motor (and easier to find bits), or just hunker down and stick with the VJU?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
