I don't have a turbo car so this is just theoretical. I suspect something amiss with your fuel delivery. More so when you can't floor the gas pedal. No OBD codes refers to basic things like air, fuel and spark. Maybe your fuel pumps are on their way out not total failure yet. Can't maintain fuel pressure (your FPR checked ok). Can't say much about the cracked muffler though. It could have happened earlier made worse after overhaul. Just suggesting.

Edit: check in-tank & main fuel filter for blockage too.
