Engine change 700 1991

"A popping noise and car will not idle I used all senors and distributor from the 1991 car any reason this shouldn’t work"
-> Check your plug cable sequence at the distributor. Its easy to get mixed up between cylinders 1 and 2.

If you retain ECU, ICU, turbo exhaust, turbo injectors, sensors & other parts from your old engine, only use main mechanical parts from NA engine (engine block, upper cylinder) then this should generally work. You may have to swap the old turbo camshaft into the NA.

Amarin.
