94 940T on life support

Will check temp sensor, hadn't thought of that, being more focused on ignition but possible... it is the original.
I assume it would dump more gas into the system if it thinks it is cold?
That might explain the bogging at higher rpms too.
However, I have an O2 sensor readout which does not indicate a rich mixture.

I agree with O2 sensor as it is new as is CPS
Vac leaks unlikely but will attack with starting fluid to see if anything is leaky
Brake booster grommet is OK
All vac motors are holding vacuum.
