Cleaning MAF, throttle Body, and IAV

Planning to clean the throttle body and the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor soon. Have some questions.
1. Can CRC Brand QD Electronic Cleaner be used safely on either of these tasks?
2. Can regular carb cleaner be used safely to clean the throttle body?
3. a. Can whichever cleaner I use be sprayed directly onto the throttle body as long as I avoid spraying the throttle position sensor (TPS)?
b. Is it safer to spray the solvent onto a rag and introduce only the rag into that area?
4. Can the MAF sensor be safely cleaned using CRC Brand Throttle Body and Air-Intake Cleaner?
5. Can the idle air valve (IAV) be cleaned? What product should be used?
