240 Neutral safety switch problem

I've been driving Volvo for over 43 years, so I have accumulated many parts from cars I chopped up over the years. I think there's 2 more starter/solenoids to try before that deal occurs.
My son gave me a great idea. The windshield tends to leak on the passenger side when it rains in summer. Maybe that computer that's under the glove box and attached to the side of the fender well is compromised and not properly grounding or a bad connection.
This non-start "click" business might be related to that computer.
