92 Volvo 245 Steering shudder at slow speed, near full turn ? 200 1992

Thanks Art, so the belt adjustments made the shudder go away? I had hoped that would have been what happened to me.

I did adjust both the A/c and PS belts. I actually did the A/C belt first then loosened the PS belt as it seemed to have tightened once the A/C belt was adjusted. I will try to adjust the PS belt again as I may loosened it up too much. It would be fine with me if the belt adjustment would solve the problem.

This is my daughters car that I finally got home for awhile to give it a once over. She hadn't noticed the shudder!
