Windshield wiper problem 900 1994

The wife reported the following behavior and I would like help trouble shooting.

Driving with windshield wipers on lower setting and they stopped intermittently. Changed to high speed and got the same intermittent action stopping mid cycle in various position but not "parking".

Did some of the same when she went to the intermittent setting as well as the wash pull.

I see where the intermittent relay is in the tray but don't know where the normal operation wiper relay is located.

Any suggestions with relay location or solutions based on the behavior?
