Paying for services rendered, and the word "free'

The election season is on us and I keep hearing the word "free". I cringe when I hear it. There is no such thing as free. Somebody pays for everything. It may be free to you or me, but someone put out their labor to pay for it.

This site has saved a lot of people a lot of money. It is in no way free. It occurs to me that when one uses the site to perform a repair that saves $$$, or even if one uses the site for entertainment, it sure don't hurt to shell out some money. I will take my own advice and will be contributing $5 minimum, every week I use the site for repairs. Seems like the right thing to do.
