I suggest 28-32 psi on all 4 tires.

I think the specifications listed in the Volvo owners handbook are way too low. They suggest 20-23 psi.

Even though I disagree with tire pressure specs, you get a copy of the of the owners handbook as there's a lot of good information including a wiring diagram. Downloadable copies are available at the website below. They also have copies of the repair and parts manuals too. Most of the information is accurate, but there are some things Volvo got wrong. Sometimes it's a Swedish to English translation problem, but most are printing errors.
