92 240 wagon m47 5 speed 200 1992

Hello-
I have owned my 240 for nearly 11 years. She is great but sadly I often times neglect her. I am having an issue with BOTH the rear passenger doors. Neither door can be opened from the inside or the outside. The door locks are up (unlocked) and the child locks are not engaged. I have removed the inner door trim and have fussed with the linkages and all "appear" to be functioning properly- I can see that there is movement on the inside of where the lock is but the doors still do not open no matter how hard I push or pull. My suspicion is that other than some possible linkage wear the door has sagged and perhaps cannot get over the pin at the strike plate??

Has anyone dealt with this issue and if so what is the best way to get the door to open?

Thank you in advance for your response.
