I'm going to try putting my former moderator hat back on for a moment to deal with this budding flame war that I managed to step into (there are no moderators here any more).
We are happy to now learn you are a real person and not intentionally trying to waste our time as might have been assumed by a few of us here, including me. I am contacting the site admin to hold off blocking you at this time. I know you're angered and you may well choose to never come here again, but let's see if we can give each other a second chance.
You've explained your side, so let me try to explain ours. Our greatest satisfaction as volunteer contributors is knowing that we've helped and educated others. Many of us have contributed hundreds even thousands of hours over the years trying to help our fellow Volvo owners keep their Swedish iron rolling.
You have posted six times in the past few years seeking help. You received a number of replies from a number of contributors, many seeking additional information from you. Not once have we ever received a reply from you until today. Dozens of hours have been spent by us thinking about your problems and trying to help you with no indication from you that you even read our replies. When you recently posted the exact same problem twice in a span of four months, can you blame us for thinking you might be taking advantage of our generosity?
Hope you choose to stay with us. If you wish to continue with your recent braking problems then I suggest you start a new thread. As long as we're getting some kind of feedback from you and you make some attempt to respond to our suggestions and requests for additional info then we'll do our best to keep helping you.
Finally, publishing personal identification and locations beyond what you choose to reveal in your profile and posts is not acceptable, especially in the context of recent threads. On behalf of others here, I sincerely apologize. I will request that those posts be deleted.
