No Start after Timing Belt Change 200

Changed the timing belt on the 1991 240 after the old one broke. Double checked the marks etc. when installing. Cranks but no start. Took off top timing belt cover and confirmed belt is in place and turning.

Seems to be an ignition issue. I hear fuel pump run with key turn and smell fuel after cranking.

Changed the power stage- no change
De-oxit on the CPS connector - no change

Any help appreciated.
