The stock D-jet fuel injection system is quite reliable, but components do fail over time.

I understand your frustration and remotely diagnosing problems isn't easy. There is a diagnostic tool, but we have never had 1 at our disposal and we've been servicing and repairing D-jet Volvos for over 30 years.

We diagnose based on symptoms and direct testing of most of the components.

FYI, I have in stock either new, rebuilt or good used parts to repair all of the D-jet Volvos.
