Air Filter Question 444-544

Well, that narrows it down. My car was built in 1960 with a B16.

I don't see any foam options out there. I have found the Scandix paper style ($29), OEM Volvo paper units ($39), K&N ($117), and 'high performance' K&N type but with blue case from VP ($72)...

Any comments on any of these? I'm thinking either the cheapies or the VP ones...
