Turbo Gauge Follies 900 1994

How accurate are the factory dash cluster turbo gauges on the 940's?

My turbo boost gauge has a 180 degree swing from a 9 o'clock position to the 3 o'clock position.

It currently does not go past the 1 o'clock position. I tested the line and found with minimal air pressure, the gauge will peg at 3 o'clock.

I do understand this is a "Light Pressure" turbo (Mitsubishi TD-04) installed by Volvo when the vehicle was built, good for about 6-8 pounds pressure.

Question: Does a normally functioning turbo gauge on a 940 EVER register to the 3 o'clock position?

Much obliged for your sage answers BrickBoarders!!
