1990 240 N/A Bogging when put into gear and accelerating

I've diagnosed about all I know how to...read through the troulbe shooting downloads and everything else I can find. Been working on this for almost 2 weeks.

No vacuum leaks.

Exhaust leak is at the joint for the resonator...after the cat. I cant get the O2 sensor loose...but its not throwing any codes.

It the cat is clogged will it run well if I'm revving it up? Holding the gas and keeping RPM's at 3-4K? It will do that all day long...
