Turbo specs

I have 90 Volvo 240. 3 inch ex. 440 cc injectors. V can. Advance 6 degrees. TD04HL-15g turbo. I’m thinking about upgrading to a T3/T4 turbo. What kinda of specs should I look for? Looking for 300 hp at the lowest rpm possible. Thanks
