240 electronic speedo removal with ANTI-TAMPER Connection 200 1993

I am trying to remove an Instrument cluster 1993 Volvo 240 Classic
Pretty strait forward BUT - how do I detach the cable on the Speedo Head - it does not want to release - is there a 'tab' or release pin? Don't want to damage it
