Slow Warm up and issues in 1st 120-130 1967

I’ve got a 122 Wagon (‘67) and she takes forever to warm up. I’ll start it, open the choke, and idle/gas it a bit to warm up. When the temperature is right and i start driving... it’s really slow coming out of 1st and then it finally catches and we zip along. When I come to a stop and am idling, she’ll die if I don’t give it some gas. This problem goes away after 10-15 minutes of driving— it totally goes back to normal. But any time is stop or slow considerably- she’ll die within those first 10-15 minutes of driving. Ideas?
