Transmission Locked, over ride button does not function 200 1993

Hi;

I am trying to keep my '93 245 from being toweed. Transmission locked. Bypass button assembly does nit work, took cover off, looks like plastic piece that pulls on cable ball fell out. HOW CAN i MANUALLY GET TRANNY IN NEUTRAL, SO i CAN PUSH IT INSIDE MY GATE = NOT GETTING TOWED.

Trying to get car back on road.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated
