S.U. Carbs spitting at higher RPM’s 444-544

S.U.’s professionally rebuilt. Problem 3 years old, since car purchased. 1960, B16 motor.
Once engine warm, runs fine up to 40 mph. Over 45, acts like it runs out of gas and a steady spitting. 10mpg Fuel pressure @ 3 lbs and fills a pint jar in 60 seconds, grinding the starter with engine off. Timing correct, new points and plugs, professionally performed. Cylinders 3 & 4, twenty lbs. lower than 1 & 2. Was told not a issue... fuel lines clear and fresh filter. Coil good with good spark. Summary: Carbs spit when car purchased, rebuilt cabs, still spitting. Purchased 2 old working carbs, H-4’s ....to double check the rebuilt carbs, they spit too...... Volvo mechanic says car is mechanically sound
