RUST
This is the killer, except a major accident can kill it.

Rust can be prevented with antirust coating where road salt is used but then the car is very sloppy and awfull to work on. This is the total dilemna. You have it treated every fall or leave it exposed to corrosion.

My son's 1981 went off the road because of corrosion. Odometer at 330k miles and no oil needed after 2k miles. But it went for parts.

I try to keep the 1982 as long as I can with antirust treatments. But I am 77 and start to find hard to keep up with the maintenance.
