1989 wagon for sale - What happened to the classifieds? 200 1989

Kinda sorry to hear you've got no use for the wagon. Yet, I suppose an "XC70" is some sort of a wagon also, and newer. Our 89 sedan and wagon are our newest cars.

Just last week I had our 89 wagon out your way, well, if Bloomington, IL is as close as I came to your way over 2200 miles of elsewhere. Someone in a rest stop parked his modern Volvo next to mine offered "keeping the old girl on the road?" as his eyes found the rust around the rear wheel arch, to which I smiled and replied "This is my pickup truck."

Same as your wagon, it wears worse just being used occasionally to move things like 4x8 sheet lumber or furniture, or as a loaner when I have one of my kids' cars in the garage for more than a weekend. However, I do like being familiar with most every part of it, save the innards of its AW-70 I just count on being bulletproof. That's gonna be hard to part with and almost makes up for looking out at the open road over a cracked dashboard and peeling clearcoat.
