ABS Light Comes On Intermittently When Starting Car 900 1994

In the last couple months the ABS light has come on maybe 4 of the 30 times I have started the car. If I shut the engine off and start it again, the ABS is okay. Yesterday I had to shut the engine off 3 times before the ABS light stayed off.
I saw Abe Crombie's post in the FAQS that the ABS is powered by separate wires to the battery terminal so I cleaned those 3 small terminals, started the car, and had the ABS light on. I shut the car off, restarted it, and the ABS light was off.
I did change brake fluid last September (DOT 4).
I have never had an ABS problem so don't know where to start troubleshooting this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
