I was just going to add to this thread that if Jimo's kind offer doesn't pan out for you (and for the future reference of others), the parts sources I use show the p/n you're looking for should be 9135560 "Inner timing cover -upper" (the upper half of #16 in Volvo parts schematics) which will have the requisite cam sprocket timing marks. On the 4-cyls w/OHC, this kind of part would be called a rear timing cover. It does indeed appear to be long discontinued at Genuine Volvo parts houses, but they may periodically be found elsewhere online. A google search turns up two active references to that part number at the moment -one new on Amazon (seller MySwedishParts) and one used on eBay (seller in Florida). If you're looking in yards, fitment is 1995-1997 960 and 1998 S90 with B6305 engine.
