The post I read was correct, as was Art. I just did not look throughly enough.

Now I need to find a new surge protector - pin 2 has no voltage when fully energized, while pin 1 and 4 do. (Green book troubleshooting)

I'm open to suggestions.

And for an added bonus, the foam under the carpet and metal floor is damp/wet. You can see some water in one of the plastic floor plugs. Crap!
