heavy duty IPD springs and adjustable panhard rod. 700 1988

Dont quite understand what you are referring to about the axles but;

1.Shocks have nothing to to with the way a car sits only the dampening.
2. It is doubtful that anyones replacement springs are the same quality of the factory springs. ( And yours are probably inferior Chinese low bidder junk )
3. It will cost you nothing but time to swap your new springs side to side. That might change the ride height, and answer the lean question.

PS I dont mean to be harsh, only my honest opinion from experience.
