940 OBD 2-3-2 and 1-1-3 after replacing head gasket 900 1993

1993 940 w/300K. Replaced head gasket and all associated gaskets (first time this has been done). Was running okay before. Afterwards idle is rough, mainly when cold, and check engine light comes on after a while (ODB codes 2-3-2 and 1-1-3). After clearing codes they later come back. Replaced O2 sensor - no change. Cleaned the AMM, air intake system, and ICV - no change.
