240 Test Port 2 light stays on constantly. 200 1989

Hello, I have a no start. Test port 6 flashes 1-1-1 but port 2 lights up and stays on.There is no corrosion on the test unit and I recently changed the crank sensor.
Why would the light stay on instead of flashing a code?
