1992 940 Turbo adding head lighting relays. Looking for specifics

I have a 1992 940 turbo wagon that I'm upgrading to the European headlamp lenses with fog lights. I also obtained the factory fog lamps that mount under the bumper. Since I'm going to be spending time on the lights, I feel as though I would be wise to upgrade the light output of the lights. I understand I can do that via Relay. What gage of wire to I want to use for this project and where do I wand to obtain the relays and what brand. Also looking for a visual of the configuration that I will be assembling.
