I just got a un-cracked dash from a 1989, need to paint bottom of each end 200 1991

Dash color was produced black, but each end sections below side windows vent was painted tan to match car interior color.

I would like to spray the tan sections flat black. The original dash is starting to crack because in the first 13 years it was exposed all the time to the sun.

Any suggestion about the type of paint I should use ?

Thank you and hope to get back on the road again.
