B230FT head 700 1992

I have a 1992 740 turbo wagon that came to me after the engine has overheated. The head is warped, coolant in oil, burned sensors and all that fun stuff. I measured the head after taking it off, it seems to be at its minimum (145.5mm), I understand the head has been machined and maybe more than once in its lifetime. I have a decent condition non-turbo head (same cast, but with Pulseair ports and non-turbo valves). I'm thinking maybe use it if I'm able to find suitable plugs for the Pulsair holes. Is it advisable to replace the valves? (my understanding is that exhaust valves on Turbo engines are different design). B230T heads seem to be hard to find in decent shape (the few of the recent ones I've seen on local yards were either 300+ K or also with overheating damage). Appreciate any advice.
