B230FT head 700 1992

Will inquire about heating, the shop I went to did not offer anything like that, but I'll look around. However, the set of plugs for Pulsair holes (1277457) is only $35 shipped, and given the condition of the head, turbo valves do need to come out anyway for cleaning/resurfacing, so I'm tempted to use the better condition non-turbo head. Any problems with putting a used camshaft from the turbo head into the non-turbo? At 220K or so would it be advisable to change the valve springs (not terribly expensive at an extra $60 from Tasca). Actually, the springs in the non-turbo head only have about 150K on them. First time attempting this kind of work, but it's a project...
