Fuel Injectors Not Working on My 1988 Volvo 240. Do I Need a New ECU? 200 1988

Hi Folks,

Hoping someone with more knowledge than me can help get my beloved 1988 Volvo 240 back on the road.

The problem?

Apparently, my fuel injectors are not working in bad weather. I live in a rainy place and the car just doesn't want to idle sometimes, and if do manage to get it going, It feels like it's going to stall on me. Seems to be less of a problem in the summertime, which is a bit odd.

My mechanic thinks I might need a new computer. Does anyone know where I can buy an affordable Electronic Control Unit computer for a 1988 Volvo 240 in Canada or anywhere else that ships to Canada. I've already tried a few auto salvage yards with no luck.

Thanks for reading!
