Cruise Control Inop 900

1994 940NA, the #12 fuse popped upon Cruise engagement and all other functions run on that circuit went inop.

Replaced the fuse and now everything works except the Cruise Control.

So I assume it's the Cruise master control or the pump under the hood or the switch as these are the only electricals I can think of related to the Cruise Control.

Anybody has any experience with these parts as far as which is most likely to be the culprit?
