I hope you don't have to swap that regulator. If nothing else, you can pull the switch out of its socket and hook up a fused source of 12V to the red and black wires at the switch socket. They lead to the motor. Try both polarities. There should be a tiny spark either way, but one way should get the window rolling down.

If not, and the motor is truly unresponsive, I've got no quick tips on how to get the assembly in and out of the door.
