There are simple and inexpensive extractors that do this job easily. Release the ball joints and remove. Beware that these arms are handed and should be marked R and L. These are fixed length but always get an alignment afterwards. Toe in set by rotating the tube of the centre tie rod. 0,2mm Toe-in should work well.
Always a good idea to undo the tie rod nuts and check that the tube rotates easily while everything is fixed together. Soaking the nuts with penetrating fluid advised as first job if they look at all rusty and possibly seized, which isn't unusual.
