122s with a B20 E and a 32/36 DGEV Weber carb 120-130

First of all the car set for about 4 years and I would start up once a month or so.. When driving on the high way it seems to run great,, 70 mph or faster seems to be no problem until I take my foot of the gas in going down a hill or whatever,, when I step on the gas again it flubbers and blubbers , kicks and sometimes the engine seems to stop running for a few seconds,, when I floor the gas pedal it will start running well until I take my foot of the gas again... I have been driving around town and seems to run well except when I go down a long hill as in my last post.. I thought it might be water in the gas so I drained the tank and also blew out the fuel line from the fuel pump to the tank.. I have added some Seafoam cleaner which the neighbor suggested ...It ran great 4 years ago so not sure what is going on... I adjusted the electric choke . put a new gas filter on.. checked the small gas filter in the Weber.. I am running out ideas.. Anyone know what might going on.. Thanks in advance...
