Time for a new Head Gasket? 900 1994

Well maintained engine with near to 300K on the clock. Symptoms include long-term oil seeping onto the water pump, often causing a need to change those pump seals. Unexplained slow coolant loss for a few years. Slight oil build up in coolant reservoir, might be after years of accumulation. Oil is not at all milky. All manageable stuff

Lately the reservoir has been overflowing when driving and a lot of bubbling is now coming from the reservoir. Little if any oil is in coolant. Car is now essentially undrivable.

I'm guessing there is an expanding breach in the gasket, allowing gasses to get into the coolant. Situation has been on going and worsening for perhaps several years.

Ready to dive in but I wanted a few opinions. Lots of experience with the top and front of the engine. Did the Head gasket on the 240 15 years ago, no problems.
