144 Radiator Fit 140-160

Hey everyone, trying to source a radiator for my 1974 Volvo 144.

The clutch fan fouled up and flew straight into the original.

GOOD NEWS - I've found a few on https://www.car-part.com/

My questions:

-Does anyone know if radiators from different model years will fit/work in my car?
-I'm seeing an option for "with" or "without" oil cooler. Which one do I need? Were these built into the radiators of every 1974 144?

All I've found as far as new is from nordicar:
-One with oil cooler listed as for 1971-1974 automatic
-One listed for 1971 and on manual 140, doesn't explicitly mention oil cooler, and looks like there is less to it https://nordicar.com/en/category/408/radiator.html?ft13=140-164
