Parking lights not working on passenger side

Picked up a used 93 940 wagon this week. Hoping I got a good deal, we'll find out.

The front and rear parking lights on the passenger side are not working. Fuses control both sides, so ruled out a fuse. Swapped bulbs in the front and rear, no joy. Turn signal works in the front, and brake light works in the rear.

Is this going to be a wiring issue or would it be something else? Curious if anyone has run into this before. Not sure I know where to start.
