Parking lights not working on passenger side

Thank you, KittysGreyVolvo. I can't remember if the bulb out light is on constantly. I don't think so, but will verify. I will dig into your ideas as soon as I can.

Made for North American market, yes. I am state side.

I know the bulb out light comes on when the headlight switch is on and also did when the brake was pressed ... although a new bulb fixed the brake light, just not the parking light.
